Shanghai GRIPP Intelligent Technology Co., LTD.

GRIPP intelligent, established in 2017 and headquartered in Shanghai, specializes in lightweight material joining technology solutions. The company’s independently developed SPR (Self-Piercing Riveting) system has reached international leading level in product performance, stability, big data analytics, and intelligent control. It is currently the only domestic SPR equipment brand deployed in mass production projects across multiple OEMs in China, with over 500 units in operation.

In response to the stringent requirements of the automotive industry for high stability, standardization and automation, GRIPP has built a comprehensive technology matrix covering multiple joining processes, and has extended its capabilities into other high-end manufacturing sectors. This has enabled the company to deliver end-to-end, cross-industry solutions covering aerospace, new energy, and power equipment industries. GRIPP has been honored with titles such as “National-Level Spcialized, Sophisticated, and Innovative Little Giant Enterprise” and “Shanghai Science and Technology Little Giant Enterprise.”

Subsidiaries of GRIPP Group include: Shanghai Huhuan, which specializes in the industrial dust removal sector and provides comprehensive solutions for processing and purification equipment as well as engineering services; Denoment , which specializes in intelligent fastening tools and feeding systems and focuses on providing automated solutions for intelligent equipment; and Qinghe Intelligence, which focuses on industrial application scenarios and develops intelligent collaborative robots.
